Why Do You Use Organic Cotton?

Our organic cotton is a true win-win. Organic cotton uses up to 95% less water than conventional cotton during the wash phase and doesn’t contain the harsh chemicals, bleaches or dyes that conventional cotton uses. Additionally, conventional cotton often requires the use of chemical-laden pesticides that increases the debt burden on the farmer and leaches into the land and water. So not only is TCTC organic clothing so super soft that you’ll never want to wear anything else, but your new t-shirt is also better for the environment and good for the people who played a part in making it.

What Is GOTS Certification?

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. The standards are very high and we constantly ensure that we meet and exceed these standards.

What does being Fair Trade certified mean?

When you purchase Fair Trade, you’re supporting better conditions for cotton farmers. For each product sold, they earn a premium to invest in social development projects and to fight poverty in their communities.

How do you ensure quality?

Our team has more than 45 years experience in t-shirt manufacturing and we visit our factory in Los Angeles, CA weekly. This means that we know our stuff, and we put the utmost care into every component, from organic fabric, garment dye process, recycled packaging, and more.
Every T-shirt goes through a thorough quality control process to ensure consistent excellence. Our T-shirts are made with care and precision, using over 20 measurements, with very strict tolerances. This means that once you’ve discovered your perfect size, you can re-order with confidence, knowing that your new T-shirt will fit you just like the last one.

How do I speak to a real person?

You can hit us up at support@theclassictshirt.com anytime, anywhere. You can also use the chat bar in the bottom of the site. Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm EST. Outside of those hours just leave a message in the chat box or email us your phone number and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Continental US orders: in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days

Orders outside the US*: in-stock orders are processed within 5-10 business days
(*Orders outside of the US may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.) 

What shipping method does TCTC use? How much does it cost?

Theclassictshirt.com sends orders with either FedEx/DHL/UPS. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

Orders outside of the continental U.S. will be subject to a USD $25 Flat Rate. International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes.

Does TCTC ship internationally?

My order was marked as "Delivered" but I have not received it. What do I do?

If your order has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received the shipment, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@theclassictshirt.com and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the progress of the shipment. If you have any additional questions about the status of your order, you can feel free to contact us via email at support@theclassictshirt.com.

My tracking has stopped updating. What do I do?

If you are having an issue with the tracking for your order, please contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Have no fear of getting the wrong size, and wasting money on a T-shirt that doesn’t fit. We are very proud of our products and will do what we can to address your concerns. Our goal is to build lifelong relationships with our customers.
We accept t-shirts returns of merchandise within 90 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you don't love our t-shirts, let us know.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us with your order number. Within 24 hours we will send a return label and confirm your return or exchange. 

How do I exchange an item?

Please contact TCTC’s customer service team at support@theclassictshirt.com to arrange exchanges for qualifying merchandise. 

When will I be refunded or receive my exchange once I return an item?

Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to one week for your return to be processed. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you.

My order is a gift. What gifting items do you offer?

If your order is a gift and you would like to add a note to it before it ships out, please contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com before placing the order to arrange for the note to be added. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including: PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

I received the incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we are so sorry about that! Please contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com  and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you right away.

I received an incomplete order. What do I do?

If you received an incomplete order, we truly apologize! Please contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you right away.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel or edit it before it ships. Please contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com and we will do our best to meet your request.

How should I wash my TCTC products?

For each product listed on our website, we have provided specific care instructions. Please visit the specific product page on our website, scroll down the page to “Care Instructions”. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach, and wash with compatible colors.

Where does TCTC produce its products?

We take great pride in the suppliers and manufacturers at each step of our production process. We source our GOTS certified organic cotton in India, garment dye and manufacturing is completed by family owned factory in Los Angeles, CA. How will TCTC t-shirts fit me?

For each t-shirt on our website, we offer a size guide and descriptive sizing details. Please refer to the size guide link and size details section on the specific t-shirt page for more information. Feel free to contact our customer support team at support@theclassictshirt.com for additional sizing guidance.

The product I want is currently out of stock. What do I do?

If the item that you would like to purchase is currently out of stock, email us on support@theclassictshirt.com and we’ll notify you as soon as it becomes available.

I forgot to apply the first purchase discount code on my order. What do I do?

If you forgot to apply our first purchase discount code to a qualifying order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@theclassictshirt.com and we can apply it to your order retroactively. 

Does TCTC have any sales going on right now?
