Shipping and Returns
Have no fear of getting the wrong size or wasting money on a T-shirt that doesn’t fit. Our goal is to welcome you to a loyal community of lifelong Classic T-Shirt enthusiasts, and we don’t rest until our customers are 100% happy.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept T-shirts returns within 100 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you don't love our T-shirts, please let us know.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us with your order number. Within 24 hours, we’ll send a return label and confirm your return or exchange.
How do I exchange an item?
Please contact TCTC’s customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange exchanges for qualifying merchandise.
When will I be refunded or receive my exchange once I return an item?
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse—this can take up to one week. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Continental US orders: orders are shipped same day with 1 day shipping method
Orders outside the US*: orders are processed same day based on shipping method selected at checkout
(*Orders outside of the US may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.)
What shipping method does TCTC use? How much does it cost?
We send orders with either FedEx/DHL/UPS. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
Does TCTC ship internationally?
Yes! Orders outside of the continental US shipping rates will be calculated on checkout page. International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and international customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes.
