It’s a small shipping insurance that helps both the customer and our company in case a package gets lost in transit. It’s completely optional. You can remove it before checking out by clicking the small icon next to it in your cart and unchecking the box.

As a family-owned brand, we manage fulfillment in-house to stay true to our values: no outsourcing, no plastic, and fully recyclable packaging. This sometimes means sacrificing a bit of speed for integrity and quality, but we’re always working to improve.

We won’t leave you alone in this situation! We’ll investigate with the carrier and send you a replacement, with the option for a one-time exchange if the size or color doesn’t work out.

At checkout, you can choose the delivery option that works best for you. Most orders are shipped with DHL, but we also use FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the destination. Every package comes with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental U.S., along with free 100-day returns guarantee.
Duties and taxes are now calculated at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees upon delivery. We use only DHL Express with tracking numbers for all our international shipments for safe and timely delivery. We've made it possible for you to pay with your local currency and local payment method. This makes the checkout process faster and more convenient, and helps you avoid any additional currency conversion fees. RETURNS
We offer 100 days for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within the U.S. To read the full policy and see step-by-step instructions, please visit our Returns page.
We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible—most often from the moment you drop off your return at the post office. However, since timing may vary, your replacement item will be shipped once the return is received at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued within 20 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. As a small local business, many of our processes are still handled manually, but we do our best to make things as smooth and timely as possible. If you don’t receive your refund within that window, feel free to reach out to our support team.

FIT, MATERIAL, & CARE
Each one of our T-shirts is made from combed, ring-spun, 30 single, 150 GSM, 100% organic, garment-dyed cotton. We know that’s a mouthful, so let’s break it down: our cotton is grown in a sustainable way, and treated to be super soft and long-lasting. The weight of the thread creates a lightweight, breathable feel.
We certainly think so.If you’ve ever tried on a cheap, starchy, stiff T-shirt, you’ll notice how breathable and lightweight organic fabric can be. Please note that due to the lightweight nature of the fabric, white and lighter-colored T-shirts are somewhat more sheer than a traditional T-shirt.
We use garment dye that’s free from harsh chemicals.
The dye house uses Dyestuff. It's efficient and sustainable, including certifications with GOTS, Cradle-to-cradle (on certain dye stuffs) and compliance with state and local laws. Dyestuff and chemicals pertaining to our industry has come a long way in general, proving it to be more efficient, and free of anything on the restricted substance list (RSL).
Our white shirts are dyed ultra white to prevent yellow underarm stains.
Yes! Each of our shirts is pre-washed and pre-shrunk so you’ll never have to worry about surprises on laundry day. Your shirt will retain its size and fit wash after wash.
To keep your shirt looking its best, we recommend machine washing cold with compatible colors and tumble drying low. Please don’t bleach! Our whites are dyed ultra-white so you that you don't have to bleach.
Order a smaller size for a stylish fitted look or a larger size for a looser, more casual fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering up.

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers. Their certification includes ecological and social criteria, and is backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. The certification standards are very high and we constantly ensure that we meet and exceed these standards.
