1. Return Window
Take your time — we want you to feel completely confident.
- Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns are issued to the original payment method
2. What Can Be Returned
You can return or exchange:
- Regular-priced items
- Sale items (unless marked Final Sale)
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to help you find your best fit.
Where available, exchanges will be processed as a new shipment once your original item is scanned by the carrier.
If you need something urgently, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- All returns include end-to-end tracking
- Any return shipping fees will be shown during the return process
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal (LINK)
- Enter your order details
- Choose “Return” or “Exchange”
- Print your label and drop your package with the listed carrier

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll take care of it right away.
7. Gifts
If your item was a gift, we can help you with an exchange or store credit.
Please include the order number if you have it, or the name/email of the purchaser.
