Returns Policy

At The Classic T-Shirt Company, we want every customer to be fully satisfied — not only with our products but also with their entire experience with our brand. That’s why we offer  FREE 100 days for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within the U.S.

How to start a return

  • Fill out the form on our website or email us directly at [email protected]
  • We’re a family-run brand — behind every step are real people. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • A prepaid return label will be sent to you.
  • Returns must be sent back in the original box/packaging; otherwise, additional fees may apply.
  • Please include the original packing slip inside the package.
  • Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will :
     • Send your exchange — if you need it urgently, let us know and we’ll ship your replacement right away.
     • Process your refund — refunds are issued within 20 business days after the return is received.

Return Conditions

  • If you received the wrong or a damaged item, let us know at your earliest convenience and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
  • We do not issue credit notes — all refunds are sent back to the original form of payment.
  • Final Sale items may have their own specific return terms (noted on the product page at the time of purchase).
  • If you decide to request a refund after an exchange has already been processed, the shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund amount.

Product Requirements

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition:

  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • undamaged,
  • in original packaging with tags attached.

If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for damages or to decline the return at our discretion.

 

Please Note: Final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
