That’s why we offer FREE 100 days for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within the U.S.

How to start a return
- Fill out the form on our website or email us directly at [email protected]
- We’re a family-run brand — behind every step are real people. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
- A prepaid return label will be sent to you.
- Returns must be sent back in the original box/packaging; otherwise, additional fees may apply.
- Please include the original packing slip inside the package.
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will :
• Send your exchange — if you need it urgently, let us know and we’ll ship your replacement right away.
• Process your refund — refunds are issued within 20 business days after the return is received.
Return Conditions
- If you received the wrong or a damaged item, let us know at your earliest convenience and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
- We do not issue credit notes — all refunds are sent back to the original form of payment.
- Final Sale items may have their own specific return terms (noted on the product page at the time of purchase).
- If you decide to request a refund after an exchange has already been processed, the shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund amount.
Product Requirements
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition:
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- undamaged,
- in original packaging with tags attached.
If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for damages or to decline the return at our discretion.
