Measure across the chest 1" below the armhole seam. That number is doubled to determine the total chest measurement
Lay the sleeve straight and measure from the edge of the shoulder seam to the edge of the arm cuff.
Measure the shirt from top shoulder next to the collar straight down to the bottom edge of hem.
